250g raw pizza dough

2tbsp Philadelphia Original

35g low moisture mozzarella cheese (shredded)

salt, pepper, herbs (optional — e.g. chilli, oregano, basil)

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.

Spread the Philadelphia cheese evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle mozzarella over the top.

Add herbs, salt, and pepper for extra flavour.

Bake in the pizza oven for 5- 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
