Croffles with Sticky Toffee Sauce and Cadbury® Dairy Milk Caramel Nibbles

Frozen uncooked croissant
4 Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Nibbles (per croissant)
Sticky Toffee Sauce:
150 g unsalted butter
150 g soft dark brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
300 g double cream
2 g sea salt
100 g Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Nibbles

Place butter, sugar, vanilla, cream and salt in a pan and bring to a gentle simmer, mix well as it heats.

Cook for a couple of minutes, remove from the heat and stir through the Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Nibbles until melted.
For the croffle:

Slice each croissant in half through the middle on a hinge.

Place approx 4 Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Nibbles in the middle of each croissant.

Heat a waffle maker and cook for around 3.5 minutes.

Serve with a light drizzle of the sticky toffee sauce.
