Stuffed Bagel Bites with Philadelphia®
- 1h20min
- Serves 15

For the dough:
720 g self raising flour
1 kg Greek yoghurt
1 tsp salt
2 egg whites
50 ml milk
For the filling:
350 g Philadelphia Original
For the ‘Everything Bagel’ seasoning:
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Using a small ice cream scoop, place 24 1 tbsp balls of Philadelphia Original cheese on to a lined baking sheet. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Make your everything bagel seasoning by combining all ingredients listed in a container. Shake to mix and leave to one side.
Make the dough by combining flour, Greek yoghurt and salt in a ball. If the dough seems dry add more yoghurt 1 tablespoon at a time until it comes together.
Knead on a lightly floured surface for 3-5 minutes until you have a smooth, slightly sticky dough. Allow to rest for 20 minutes.
Split the dough into 24 balls (roughly 35-40 g each) and shape each piece into a ball. Using hands or a small rolling pin, flatten each ball into a round disc shape. Place the frozen cream cheese ball in the centre and pinch closed. Roll on the counter seam side down to help seal the dough.
Place the balls on a baking tray and brush with egg white mixed with milk. Sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning on each top.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. They should have risen nicely and have a lovely golden brown colour. Allow to cool before serving.
