Pesto 3 Cheese Twists with Philadelphia®

Golden puff pastry twists filled with Philadelphia, cheddar, Parmesan and green pesto. A simple savoury bake with flaky texture, creamy cheese and herby flavour. Recipe to be enjoyed as part of a healthy, active lifestyle.

For the Pastry:

700 g puff pastry (rolled into two equal sheets)

2 egg yolks

For the filling:

300 g Philadelphia Original

200 g cheddar cheese

150 g Parmesan

70 g green pesto

salt and pepper to taste

Make the filling by whisking up the Philadelphia Original to soften. Add the cheddar and Parmesan and salt and pepper if required.

Spread one pastry sheet with pesto and the cheese filling on the other. Sandwich together.

Cut the pastry into 20 1.5 inch strips and twist together.

Place on a baking tray and brush with egg yolk. Cook at 200 degrees c for 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
